General
For best results cook from chilled.

Oven Cook

From Chilled
1. Preheat your oven to 200�C.2. Remove all packaging including base disc. Even out the toppings and drizzle around a teaspoon of oil to make it go crispy without drying out. In the restaurant we use garlic oil, but you can use olive oil if you prefer.3. Put your pizza on the top shelf of the oven, with a tray on the shelf below, i.e. not directly on a solid baking tray.4. When ready, the cheese will be golden brown and the base nice and crispy all the way to the centre.5. Remove carefully from oven when cooked.6. Do not reheat.220�C 10-12 mins, Fan 200�C 10-12 mins, Gas 7 10-12 mins.

Storage
