Roast Type Temp Rare Medium Well Done Electric 180�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins Per 500g (�Kg) Fan 160�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins Per 500g (� Kg) Gas Gas 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins Per 500g (� Kg) + 20 mins + 25 mins + 30 mins Preheat oven. Place the meat in a roasting tin. Brown the meat first in the oven at 220�C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to above settings. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest for 10-15 mins before carving. ( Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
