Cooking Instructions

Remove all the packaging and use these instructions as a rough guide. For best results, oven-cook. Check the fish is piping hot before serving.

Oven Cook

From Chilled
Place the fish on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. Fan oven: 170�C/Conventional oven: 190�C/Gas mark 5 for 20-25 mins.


From Chilled
Grill under a medium heat for 10-12 mins.

Shallow Fry

From Chilled
Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 10-15 mins.
