Remove the bag from the carton. Without opening, carefully separate the fillets through the bag and place foil-side down on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Allow enough room for the bag to double in size during cooking.Fan oven: 170�C/Conventional oven: 190�C/Conventional oven: 190�C/Gas mark 5 for 18 mins.Leave to stand for 1 minute.Check the fish is piping hot before serving.Not suitable for microwave cooking.
