Preparation & Storage
- To Serve. Gently shake the bag to coat the fish in the sauce. Cut along the length of the bag with scissors and remove the fillets with a fish slice. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with roasted Mediterranean veg or a crispy leaf salad. While we've aimed to remove all the bones, please be careful just in case we've missed one.
Keep refrigerated. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
