Preparation & Storage
- Gently shake the bag to coat the fish in the sauce. Cut along the length of the bag with scissors and remove the fillets with a fish slice. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with creamy mash and peas.
Remove the bag from the carton. Without opening, carefully separate the fillets through the bag and place foil-side down on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Allow enough room for the bag to double in size during cooking.Fan oven: 160�C/Conventional oven: 180�C/Gas mark 4 for 15 mins.Leave to stand for 1 minute.Check the fish is piping hot before serving.Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Keep refrigerated. This pack has been previously frozen but you can still freeze it at home.…Freeze straight away and use within one month, once defrosted enjoy within one day.
