(800W):Pierce the plastic in several places, place the omelette on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before eating. For microwaves with different wattages, adjust the heating time accordingly.
Remove from packaging. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a moderate heat. Add the omelette and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until hot.
