Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add meat. Brown surfaces of meat on both sides. Transfer to casserole dish, add vegetables and stock of your choice. Place in the centre of the oven. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked before serving. Cool left overs to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours and consume within two days. (Time 1 1/2 -2 hours Oven: 170°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
