Electric 180C / Fan 160C/ GAS 5 Wash and trim tops if desired. Toss the Chanteney in 1-2 tablespoons of oil, place in a hot roasting tin and cook in the middle of the oven, for 25-30 mins. Turn once during cooking. (Time 25-30 mins Oven: 180�C, Fan: Fan 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 4)
Steam: wash well, cut off the tops. Place into a steamer above a pan of boiling waterand cover with a lid. Steam for 7-8 minutes or until tender. (Time 7-8 minutes)
