Our Aberdeen Angus beef is naturally marbled with fat, making it exceptionally tender and full of flavour. We hang the hindquarters on the bone to mature it, so it becomes even more flavoursome and tender. Try pot roasting with root vegetables and beef stock.

TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE Electric 180�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (�Kg) Fan 160�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (� Kg) Gas Gas 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (� Kg) + 20 mins + 25 mins + 30 mins Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 mins before carving. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. ( Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
