Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap hake fillets in baking parchment or lightly buttered foil and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 25-27 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook Remove all packaging. Place 1 hake fillet on a microwaveable plate, cover with film. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes. Check that product is hot before serving. (650W: 4� minutes, 750W: 4 minutes, 850W: 3� minutes)
Pan fry from frozen: 6-8 minutes Remove all packaging. Heat 1 dessert spoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cook over a medium heat turning occasionally.
