Our lightly coated Alaska Pollock fillets are at their best oven baked straight from your freezer. All cooking appliances vary. The following is a guideline only. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Cook from frozen.Two or more portions may require a longer cooking time.Pre heat the oven to 220�C / 425�F / Gas Mark 7. Remove outer packaging and place product onto a baking tray. Place the baking tray onto the top shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.For fan assisted ovens reduce the cooking time/temperature according to manufacturer's handbook.
Keep frozen…Store at -18°C or below.…Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
