Hake (fish) (41%), water, red pepper, yellow pepper, rapeseed oil, mange tout, sugar, palm sugar, ginger pur�e, lemon juice, garlic pur�e, FORTIFIED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), chopped coriander, cornflour, anchovy extract (fish), lemon grass pur�e, chopped red chillies, salt, ground lime leaf, red chilli, molasses, tamarind paste, dried lime leaf, turmeric, ground white pepper, raising agents disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, spirit vinegar, fermented soya bean, wheat
Do not reheat once cooled.
To oven cook hake fillets only. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Remove hake fillets and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Heat until piping hot. Microwave the vegetables and sauce or cook on hob. (Time 15 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
To microwave sauce & vegetables only. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Remove hake fillets for oven cooking. Loosen lid of the sauce pot and heat with vegetables in the container. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat until piping hot. Serve with oven cooked hake fillets. (650W: 1� mins, 750W: 1 min, 850W: 1 min)
HOB - MODERATE HEAT To hob cook sauce and vegetables only. Add the vegetables and sauce to a moderately heated pan. Stir ocassionally for 2 minutes and serve with oven cooked hake fillets. (Time 2 mins)
