Do not reheat once cooled.
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat until piping hot. Using a fork, carefully remove the black insert and stir well. (650W: 4� mins, 750W: 4 mins, 850W: 3� mins)
