Onion, diced beef (20%), water, tomato, rapeseed oil, coconut extract, tomato pur�e, lemon grass pur�e, diced garlic, ground galangal, toasted coconut, ginger pur�e, barley malt vinegar, diced ginger, ground coriander, ground lime leaf, cumin, beef extract, tamarind, paprika, salt, chilli powder, turmeric, curry leaves, szechuan peppercorns, black pepper, fennel, mustard powder, ground poppy seeds, gram flour, whole bay leaf, fenugreek, potato starch
For best results microwave. Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Empty into an ovenproof dish. Cover the dish with foil or lid and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stir halfway through heating. Heat until piping hot. (Time 35 mins Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Stir halfway through heating. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat until piping hot. (650W: 4� mins, 750W: 4 mins, 850W: 3� mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
