1. Pre heat oven to 200�C/400�F/Gas Mark 6 or Fan Oven 180�C.2. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray.3. Cook in the centre of oven for 30 minutes.4. Peel back film lid and stir rice and sauce separately.5. Re-cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.6. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
