Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. (Time 20-25 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
