Product Summary

Rich russett colour. Mellow sweet and nutty, faintly earthy. Traditional Red Leicester cheese had not been farm produced for fifty years, until Jo and David Clarke reintroduced it in 2005 on their Sparkenhoe farm, in Upton, near Market Bosworth. This handmade cheese is made using unpasteurised milk, from their own herd of Holstein-Fresian cows, and matured in cloth for a minimum of six months

Red Leicester cheese (milk), colour annatto
