Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. For best results do not prick sausage skins. Place onto a slightly greased baking tray, into the centre of a pre-heated oven turning occasionally. (Time 25-30 Minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill. For best results do not prick sausage skins. Place under a pre-heated medium/hot grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. (Time 10-12 Minutes)
For best results do not prick sausage skins. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turning occasionally. (Time 10-12 Minutes)
