Roast TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE Electric 180°C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g Fan 160ºC 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g Gas gas 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g +20 mins +25 mins +30mins Preheat oven. Place the meat in a roasting tin. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest for 10-15 mins before carving. ( Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
