A free range British pork Shoulder with a Rustic Sage and Onion Stuffing, accompanied by sachets of Bramley Apple sauce to make the perfect Pork and Apple rolls.

Pork (85%), apple, water, sugar, onion, FORTIFIED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), maize starch, sage, lemon concentrate, parsley, salt, preservative sodium metabisulphite, black pepper, nutmeg, white pepper, ginger, mustard powder, thyme, mace, chilli, yeast, acidity regulators ascorbic acid and citric acid

Pork Shoulder Joint Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 15 minutes before carving. Bramley Apple Sauce To serve hot: Empty contents into a saucepan and heat over a low to moderate heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Time 30 minutes per 500g + 30 minutes Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
