Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place the tray directly on the middle oven shelf. Cook for 25 minutes, turn the potatoes and peppers gently. Return to oven and cook for further 20-25 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 45-50 min Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
