Waitrose sea bream with lemon & chervil butter

Simply pan fry for 5-6 minutes.
Leave the bream to rest, melt the butter in the pan until bubbling then pour over.

Remove all packaging. Preheat pan over a medium heat, add a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil and heat. Place fillet into the pan skin side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Remove sea bream to a warmed plate. Melt the butter and drizzle over the fish to serve. Do not reheat once cooled (Time 5-6 minutes)
