Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance.
Remove all packaging. Preheat 15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place tuna into pan and cook over a medium heat, turn once halfway through cooking. Remove tuna from pan and place on a warm plate. Melt the butter in the pan and pour over the tuna. Do not reheat once cooled (Time 4-8 minutes)
