Remove all packaging. Preheat pan over a medium heat, add a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil and heat. Place tilapia fillet into the pan skin side down. Cook for 6-8 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Do not reheat once cooled (Time 6-8 minutes)
