Remove all packaging. Preheat pan over a High heat, add a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil and heat. Place fillet into the pan skin side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Remove sea bass to a warmed plate. Melt the butter and drizzle over the fish to serve. Do not reheat once cooled (Time 5-6 minutes)
