Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. (Time 20-25 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
