Pre heat oven to 190�C/375�F/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven for 15 minutes. Turn chorizo halfway through cooking. Once cooked allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.Caution: Hot oil may be released when product is pierced. These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary in performance.
