Pre-heat oven to 190�C /375�F/ Gas Mark 5. Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 20 minutes. Remove film lid, stir and serve.After heating take care when removing film as hot steam will escape.Do not re-heat.
800Watt. Pierce film lid. Heat on full power for 5 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.
