A blend of Chinese Green Gunpowder tea and mint leaves has been drunk in Morocco for centuries, and the tradition dates from the days when Chinese teas were transported over the long land journey from Asia. Noting that they lost flavour on the way, Moroccans added mint leaves to freshen up the tea.

On the back of the pack Instructions for use: Waitrose's large leaftTea bags are specially designed for brewing in an individual cup. Green teas are best brewed with water off the boil (ideally close to 85�C). Bring freshly drawn water close to the boil and allow to cool for a minute before adding the water to your Moroccan Mint teabag. Allow to infuse for a minute before removing the bag. Best served without milk.
