Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place the tray directly on the middle oven shelf. Cook until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. To serve remove chicken and spoon off any excess oil from the sauce before stirring sauce and chickpeas together and serve with the chicken. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 40-45 min Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
