Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place the tray directly on the middle oven shelf. Cook for 40-45 minutes until juices run clear. To serve remove chicken and spoon off any excess oil from the sauce before stirring sauce and chickpeas together and serve with the chicken Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 40-45 min Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
