Ultimate Roast PotatoesConventional Oven 220�C, Fan Oven 200�C, Gas 7 25-30 minutes.Pre-heat the oven. Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized pieces before parboiling them for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile put a tray with 3tbsp of oil into the oven to pre-heat.Drain the water from the potatoes and allow them to stand for 1 minutes; this lets any left over water evaporate. Put the potatoes back into the dry pan and shake with the lid on to roughen up the edges. Then put them on the pre-heated tray and return to the oven for 20 minutes (or longer if you like them extra crispy).To add extra convenience this can be done without peeling.Simple Roast PotatoesConventional Oven 220�C, Fan Oven 200�C, 7 30-35 Minutes.Pre-heat the oven. Put 3 tbsp of oil in a tray and place in the oven to pre-heat. Wash and cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces (you don't have to peel them). Put them onto the pre-heated oven tray and return it tothe oven for 30-35 minutes until golden.
