Oven 180�C / Fan 160�C / Gas 4Preheat oven.Remove gammon from box.Place the unopened bag on a foil lined roasting tray.Cook for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. The bag will self-vent and steam will escape from the bag. Rest for 5 minutes, open bag and carve.Warning: take care when opening bag as contents will be very hot.
