Oven 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4Preheat oven.Remove gammon from box. Place the unopened bag on a foil lined roasting tray. Cook for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. The bag will self-vent and steam will escape from the bag. Rest for 5 minutes, open bag and carve.
