Oven 190C / Fan 170�C / Gas 5.Preheat oven.Remove gammon from box.Pierce the roasting bag and place on a foil lined roasting tray.Place tray in centre of oven.Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear. Rest for 5 minutes, open the bag and carve.Warning: Take care when opening bag as contents will be very hot.
