Cooking Instructions

Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
For best results, oven cook. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap salmon in foil and form into a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 16 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)


From Chilled/Ambient
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan, add salmon and cook on medium heat, turning occasionally. (Time 12 mins)To heat sauce: Place sachet of sauce in a pan of simmering water and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes. (Time 3-4 mins)
