Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place onto a greased tray in centre of oven. Turn once during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. (Time 15-20 mins Oven: 220�C, Fan: 200�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
