Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Leave to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes, before removing bands and serving. (FOP): Approx cooking time OVEN 25-30 mins (Time 25-30 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
