1. Soak 100g of scotch broth mix in 500ml cold water for 8-12 hrs.2. Drain, rinse and place into a large saucepan with 500ml of water.3. Boil for 10 minutes, then simmer for 40 minutes, until the broth mix has softened but is slightly firm to the bite.4. Drain, rinse and use.
