Cut an opening at the top of the pouch. Place on a microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for 2 1/2 minutes (based on an 850 Watt microwave). Stand for 1 minute before carefully emptying contents into a serving bowl, holding the pouch by the top corner.
Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat over a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Check food is piping hot. If not, heat for a further brief period.
