Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place directly on oven shelf in the centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Thinly carve with a sharp knife before serving. (Time 30 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
