How to cook:Allow 60g of rice per person (approx. 1/2 cup).1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil.2. Rinse the rice and quinoa, stir into the water and return to a medium boil.Cook for 25 minutes.3. Drain well, stand for 3 minutes and lightly fork through the grains before serving
