A longer cut of the traditional Short Rib, these have been left long for a dramatic centrepiece. For deliciously succulent meat, slow cook and finish under the grill or BBQ.

Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Place the meat in a roasting tin and cover. Place in the centre of oven. Slow cook until the meat is tender and falls away from the bone. (Time 5 hours Oven: 150°C, Fan: 130°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 2)
BBQ: Take extra care when barbecuing. For a smokier flavour cook first and barbecue to finish.
