Do not reheat once cooled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place olives, roasted red peppers and garlic cloves on a baking sheet or in a shallow roasting tin. Place the chicken pieces on top. Cook in the centre of the oven, basting the chicken frequently to achieve a golden colour. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 40-45 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Serving Suggestion Step 1: Place the contents of the pack in a casserole dish in a single layer. Step 2: Add 400g of canned chopped tomatoes. Step 3: Oven cook uncovered for approx. 60-70 minutes until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
