Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 22 - 25 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
BBQ Take extra care when barbecuing. Bake in the oven first and place immediately on the barbecue for 5 minutes to finish off.
