Cut kidneys lengthways, remove sinews. Thread onto skewer and place kidneys into grill tray. Place under medium grill, turn duriong cooking. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked (Time 6 - 7 minutes)
Cut kidneys into quarters and remove sinew. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add kidneys, cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. (Time 5 - 6 minutes)
