Pre-heat grill to a medium setting. Brush Quorn Steaks with a little oil & cook for 6 minutes turning occasionally.
In a large frying pan, pre-heat 1 tablespoon of oil over a medium heat & cook Quorn Steaks for 6 minutes, turning occasionally for even browning.
