Great British beef produced from native Hereford cattle. Hereford beef characteristically has a fine marbling of cream fat running through the meat, this results in succulent tender and richly flavoured beef.

Remove all packaging TYPE TEMP WELL DONE MEDIUM RARE Electric 180ºC 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins per 500g (½Kg) Fan 160ºC 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins per 500g (½ Kg) Gas Gas 4 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins per 500g (½ Kg) + 30 mins + 25 mins + 20 mins Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place 10-15 mins before carving. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. ( Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
