General
Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Oven cook chicken only. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and peel back film over chicken and rice. Remove chicken from packaging and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Heat until golden brown and piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Microwave the sauce and rice separately. Slice breaded chicken before serving with rice and sauce. (Time 20 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)

From Frozen
Oven cook chicken only. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and peel back film over chicken and rice. Remove chicken from packaging and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Heat until golden brown and piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Microwave the (Time 25 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)

Microwave

From Chilled/Ambient
Microwave rice and sauce only. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and peel back film over chicken and rice. Remove chicken from packaging for oven cooking as above. Pierce film over the sauce compartment and place tray with sauce and rice on a microwaveable plate and heat. Halfway through heating, add 1 tbsp. of water to rice, and stir both compartments. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving with oven cooked chicken. (800W: 2 mins 40 secs, 900W: 2 mins 20 secs, 1000W: 2 mins 20 secs)
