Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased tray in centre of oven, until thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear. As skins are natural there is no need to prick them. (Time 15-20 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
For best results grill. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium heat turning occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 12-15 minutes)
