Cook from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 190°C (170°C Fan) Gas Mark 5. Remove outer packaging and place pie in its foil container onto a baking tray. Brush with beaten egg or milk and bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes until piping hot throughout and pastry is golden brown.
