Pork (74%), leek, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), spring onion, water, salt, demerara sugar, olive oil, stabiliser triphosphates, preservative sodium metabisulphite, black pepper, nutmeg, ginger, mustard powder, white pepper, mace, sage, thyme, raising agent ammonium carbonates, chilli. Filled into natural pork casing.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. As these sausages have natural skins there is no need to prick them. (Time 20-25 mins Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 15-20 minutes)
