Electric 180C Fan 160C GAS 5 Wash and trim tops if desired.Toss the chantenay in 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Place in a hot roasting tin and cook in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes. Turn once during cooking. (Time 15-20 mins Oven: 180�C, Fan: Fan 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 4)
Steam: wash well, cut off the tops . Place into a steamer above a pan of boiling water and cover with a lid. Steam for 4-5 minutes or until tender. (Time 4-5 minutes)
